
Dr. Chris Doyle is an economist
specializing in the regulation of telecommunications markets and the
application of
competition law to the
electronic communications sector and related sectors. Chris has provided consulting services to
numerous clients for
over 20 years and operates independently under the brand Apex Economics.
He has a first class degree in
Economics from University College Cardiff, Wales and a PhD in Economic Theory
from the University
of Warwick. He has published numerous articles spanning industrial
organization, applied game theory,
auctions, spectrum
management and the regulation of telecommunications markets.
He has held the posts Senior Research
Officer, Cambridge University; Fellow Gonville
and Caius College, Cambridge; Senior
Research Fellow, London Business School; and held visiting
posts at Charles University, Prague; INSEAD,
and Queen’s University, Canada. Currently he is an
Associate Fellow, Department of Economics,
Warwick University.
