Dr. Chris Doyle is an economist specializing in the regulation
of telecommunications markets
and the application of competition law to the electronic communications
sector and related sectors.
Chris has provided consulting services for more than 20 years
and operates as Apex Economics.
He obtained a first class degree in Economics from
University College Cardiff, Wales
in 1981and a PhD in Economic Theory from the University of
Warwick in 1988.
He has published numerous articles.
He has held the posts Senior Research Fellow, Cambridge
University and Fellow Gonville and
Caius College, Cambridge, and Senior Research Fellow,
London Business School; and held
visiting posts at Charles University, Prague INSEAD and Queen’s
University, Canada.
He is an Associate of Warwick Business School and the
Department of Economics, Warwick
University.
